The Stephan Cordova innocence fund was created to allow Stephan Cordova’s family members and friends to contribute to the costs of defending Stephan from wrongful charges of aggravated assault and to prosecute his civil case against the City of Albuquerque police officers who fired on Stephan Cordova on July 30, 2008.

City of Albuquerque police officers shot Stephan Cordova and he has been permanently disabled. Our law firm represents Stephan in a civil rights action against the City of Albuquerque. The officers who shot Stephan accused him of pointing a gun at them. Stephan denies that he pointed a gun at the officers.  Stephan has passed a lie detector test. The officers have yet to submit to a lie detector test.

Donations here will go directly toward payment of experts and litigation costs for Stephan Cordova's defense and the civl prosecution of the City of Albuquerque and will not be used to pay our firm's fees.

If you would like to assist a friend or family member with their legal costs or help support any case we are prosecuting, please contact us and we will accomodate your request.
